So the big say finally came.

She actually showed this time, and apparently with lots of attitude. They lowered H's payments from almost $900 to $600, and she FLIPPED HER SHIT, screaming about now she won't be able to pay her bills now.

So then the judge lowered it to $500. Thank you, Jesus, for a judge who shows no sympathy to leeches. She showed her ugly today. I'm so thankful. And it is also retroactive, so now all the debt H incurred on his credit for them forcing $900 a month that they couldn't even garnish because he made nowhere near that much at the time will also be wiped clean. Yes!

Sorry everyone but didn't know where to ask this. H lost his job a few months now. Can his meager checking acc be wiped clean by cs enforcement?

No. CS enforcement can only garnish from paychecks as they are earned. They cannot go into your checking account and take it from there.

Though they would expect him to show proof of the job loss, I'm sure, and to try and make some form of payments on his own. When H lost his job, they told him any payments he did not make would go against his credit until/unless they processed that he had no income (which they didn'tdidn't, so hehad $1600 against his credit. And here, at $2400 they can suspend your license as a penalty.) And if he continued to try and pay even the minimum $100 it would look good on him that he was trying to pay while jobless.

I forgot to mention that they brought up the fact that she was claiming she was unemployed with no income and the last court date when H showed and she didn't, he submitted the screen shots I had of her job. They also asked her about the fact that they called her job to confirm she worked there and they told them yes, but when they sent an officer there to serve her the next day she had quit and run. So now they said, as a penalty, even when she IS unemployed, from now on they are counting her at $8 an hour (the wage she was making at this job) as her minimum income. So she will never get the CS raised again based on being unemployed because she lied. SO HAPPY!!!!!!

Hows the pregnancy going?

It's probably the best pregnancy I have had, honestly. Which is funny because of my hormone disease, I almost lost our daughter. But this go-round, all of my levels are perfect, my labs are perfect, I am not really showing signs of any negative affects.

We found out today that it is another little girl. So now we have our son, daughter, and then this new girl coming.
