Thats what we are here for to support each other to stay quit. We are all just one ciggie away from a relapse and this addiction is tough to beat on your own. There is no shame in relapsing its what often happens when you are trying to beat an addiction.
So if you slip thats ok just tell the group and we will help you through it

I have lost count how many times I have quit and started again. I'm at 2 weeks now and it is possible I may slip, but honestly this is the easiest time I've had quitting to date.
The biggest reason for that is this group and the fact that I'm actually using it...I post, I pledge, I hug folks and I've even chatted once or twice. I have taken the support that has been given by so many here and I thank each and every one of you from the bottom of my heart (and lungs).
It helped a great deal to know there were others out there that had already been through it and survived AND it helped to know there was a few that were in the same place I was in the struggle...it helped to know I wasn't alone.
Very good advice and I am not leaving here. I want to help anyone I can give support to. I've just got to make it work. It's so mentally crazy for me. I felt better with my breathing, not coughing, not wheezing, smell and taste came back and yet I smoked. Now I am coughing and doing all the above that made me feel better and I'm feeling worse again. I can't understand why I keep doing this. I really don't want to smoke, but yet I do. Thanks to everyone for your advice and I will be back and starting over again. Your support means everything to me.
Love and Hugs
