It is very hard to go to the cemetary. I am sorry
for your loss. I know you feel down and sad right
now; but we never know what is around the corner.
Hurting yourself will keep you from the good times
ahead. I know about depression and thinking like
you are. It is hard. Sometimes it helps me to just
snuggle up in a comfy quilt and imagine my mother
stroking my hair. I just tell myself over and over
that it will be all right; everything will be all right; everything will work out. Yes, it is bad
right now; but things will work out. Sometimes I just pet my dog and hold her close. Other times
I will hug a little teddy bear I have. (no laughing) I know I am 52 years old; but all of us
have a little child inside that hurts sometimes and
