I know now I need support as well to get through each day without a smoke.
This is my frist post. I just joined your group today.
I too am on Wellbutrin. I have been on it for over 2 weeks and it really does seem to be helping me with the smoking withdrawals.
This is my first time really trying to quit after 22 years. I am really ready. I\'m sure that has alot to do with it too. I\'m sure wellbutrin is helping me but I really have the desire to quit and stay quit for several reasons including that I have a 6 year old I ned to set a better example for.
I used the patch, drank water,
and held a worry stone in my
hand. I haven't smoked at all
for 3 months!
