The first few days are the hardest.
Keep up the quit and don't waste your clean days on a craving.
However, prepare yourself for the triggers. Get a plan in place such as some sort of hobby or regimen to keep your hands and mind busy during a crave just in case the grapefruit juice ain't enough or no longer works.
