Take out the same time, but instead of smoking, take a little, slow walk,, touch some leaves, smell flowers, pick up garbage, collect butts. I did that for the first three weeks. The smoking time not smoking can be used for so many positive things. I carry a glove, a plastic bag and collect garbage on long dr waits. Now I can't stand the smell of cig, so I just sit there. Get a tablet or a smart phone,, it keeps both hands busy.

I admire all who could just cold turkey and never go back (although most of them had quit a thousand times before).
