Yes I do have a plan in place, my lifestyle has changed greatly I've the last few months, I am now a stay at home dad and have never smoked in the house or in the truck when the kids are with me. So that mental training of not smoking around them is there. I also have started a exercise program at home, a healthier eating lifestyle, and the wife is quitting as well. I have also joined this group :). I know my triggers, and my smoking routine eg. coffee and a smoke in the morning which I will change to making fresh juice and a 1/2 hour on the elliptical trainer. Since I am a stay at home dad I can take a short nap in the afternoon and plan on having lots of carrot sticks and pistachios around to keep my hands busy. Plus I will be able to chase the kids around longer with out running out of breath lol.
I am looking forward to not having the lung oysters in the morning or the wheezing when I go to bed, or the coughing during the day or the smelly clothes or yellow fingers and a thousand other benefits of not slowly killing myself lol.
