all with the same goal...to quit smoking and to remain smokefree.
I quit using Chantix but it doesn't matter how a person quits..as long as they do. I feel the most successful quits are well planned. This is an addiction and to keep a quit, we have to retrain our brains. There is so much help, advise and information here. Come to daily roll call and pledge to remain smoke free...just one day at a time.
