Thanks for the great post. I have 2 packs of cigarettes left before i quit. I am going to quit cold turkey because nothing else seemed to work for me. I'm really scared and dont want to fail. I have failed so many times and everyone is counting on me. I have to do it this time. I feel bad with every cigarette that i smoke. feelings of guilt, regret, and self hatred. Cant wait to be where you are. Some advice on how you did it and others would be greatly appreciated. hugs, Dawn
