I think if we are surrounded by people that you dont like, leave,,,, but if you cant leave work everyday in becoming a better person. Controlling yourself is the ultimate show of power.
So empower yourself and decide not to smoke. When others see you cant be controlled by some object, like a cig or a beer, they'll respect you. Of course their way its going to be trying to put you down, ridicule you, but you have to recognize that negative behavior and just walk away feeling victorious,,,, you can!!
