i dont have many offline friends either im online daily i quit april 19th 2012, not saying its easy its a work in progress... you can do this!

I have to do this, I will not let that nic sticks win me over....Once again, I smoked my last cig at noon and I will get some hard candies and see if that will help.
I have a printed Why Quit time line sheet to help me even more. I want to do exercise when I crave the nicotine sh***t....strikes but its way to humid..over 80s in NJ.

Does any get slow service on this site? I am using my sisters comp and getting to a page is very slow..
