Mayberry signing in with 19 months of being smoke free. It was so hard in the begining but each day that passes that you DON'T smoke, little by little it gets easier...just NEVER completely let your gaurd down. Gaurd your quit with your life as that is what the Nicodemon wants....your LIFE.
