I have now stopped smoking for 1 month, 1 week, 5 days, 1 hour, 9 minutes, 32 seconds. That translates into 800 cigarettes NOT smoked, for a savings of $148.18! At 5 minutes per cigarette I have increased my life expectancy by 2 days, 18 hours, 44 minutes, 49 seconds.

Had another smoking dream last night...definitely a stress dream. Uh!
