Have a great smoke-free day everybody!
Day 140 for me today.
One week, one day, 6 hours, 3 minutes and 50 seconds. 354 cigarettes not smoked, saving $50.21. Life saved: 1 day, 5 hours, 30 minutes.
Yippee, $50 saved in one week. That's the way I was smoking. It was bad, real bad. By the time I actually got to this last quit date I was donw to only a pack so even at that I've saved $24.53. That even looks good to me.
In E. Tenn, we say "if ya don't like the weather, just stick around it will change. It always does."
