Anyway, feeling good, on week three of the healthy eating band wagon and can't beleive that one day I will be a healthy thin person that doesn't smoke! It's really sinking in -- I don't smoke! I don't smoke! I love it!!!

Start of day 29, one day away from a month. It does not feel lke a month, feels longer, I have not had any cravings at all. I am completely stoked about all of this. Sleep better, longer and breathe some much better. Here's to everyone having the best Friday possible.

Getting warmer here which is nice.Put on some spring./summer clothes today,glad to say they fir the same as last year.Maybe we just hold more fluid when we stop smoking?
