It could be a withdrawal thing- I know I sometimes get the pins & needles in my feel and hands.... If its not painful I would ride it out- if not, maybe call your doctor? Is this something you had before or just since you quit?
I take calcium and eat a banana every day. Brocolli is also a good source of potasium.
Helps me so I hope it works for you. I also find that too much sugar sets it off so I now use sweetners mostly and the only sugar I have is the occassional treat of ice cream or a freezie
