i don't think cold turkey is the answer. i think that maybe you need to talk to a doctor and maybe try something like the patch or gum.
you want to quit but in order for you to succeed, you have to be 110% committed to it. you have to want to do it on every level, physically, emotionally mentally and you have to believe in yourself. my grandfather used to say if someting wasn't hard to do , it wasn't worth doing". The choice is yours.
