I am anxious, very much so. I just sat in my house that first week listened to youtube, the radio all week. just stayed home, I am unemployed so I can do that. I am on anti-depressant med which helps me sleep, makes me drowsy at night, so that helped me too, plus I have a "Quitline" here in my state, many states do-would call them, they helped me, someone to talk to, they told me how to do deep breathing too, would wait on the phone while I tried it.
Good luck to you, I agree ask your doc if there is something you can take for nerves.

Good luck Lillian and I hope you check in with us daily. Stopping smoking is challenging but so worth it. The quality of your life will improve and no doubt your life will be extended.
