If it was me I would smoke a cigarette rather than put any of the vap chemicals in my lungs. Tar in time will leave the lungs but scare them chemicals in the E-cigs..I am not to sure what they do to your lungs.
Maybe try what Precious said a "Quit Coach" sounds better than Vaping.
One of many mistakes I made in my thousands of quits, I was doing well so stopped the aid. Too soon. If the patches were working, can you go back to them again?
