Oh Jynxie, I would love to meet your dogs. Thanks for the thread Bee, a picnic by the beach sounds wonderful. We both know how much cooler it is there. I'll bring some burgers and plenty of chips. My dogs always have us laughing, you would just have to meet them to totally understand! One time I walked in my living room to find the male standing in the middle of my coffee table! And the female
(Is actually the males daughter), she doesn't even look where she's trying to jump, she just gets the idea in her head & jumps. I can't even count the number of times we have seen her smack into something and slides down like a cartoon! I have even asked my vet about them and he laughed and said they're just not that bright!!!

Count me in!! I will bring my 3 mini dachshunds & some chicken & sirloin steaks for the grill --

Jynxie, 'not that bright??' Boomer is a Great Dane/Shepard cross. When he was a lot younger, he crawled under the coffee table to take a nap. When he woke up I guess he forgot where he was and stood up...lifting the table and carrying it around. I always say he is 149 pounds of love and loyalty and only 1 pound of brains.So glad you have joined us Denise...I'll swap you a burger for one of your steaks...Bee, please pass the Sangria

I stopped off at the zoo on the way to the beach. My 19 month old grand daughter fed the goats while chasing them around the pen calling them puppies...lol. So guess I'd bring my lil grand daughter, daughter-in-law, my daughter and her puppy, Fred (austrailian shephard) who LOVESSSS the beach/fishing :)

Hope you all don't mind....but my grand puppy, Fred helped himself to a piece of cake. We can just eat around where he ate off of it (this was jynxie's suggestion) .....
