make a list of the reasons why you want to quit for YOU not for anyone else. above all, these steps will help you with the positive attitude that is essential to a successful quit.

Put the money you would normally spend on cigarettes in a jar or savings account and watch it grow and also reward yourself here and there.. Our famous e4now saved enough money to visit her grown children that she hasn't seen for awhile.
