There is no pressure to be quit, but our goal is to help you quit completely.
The first thing is to have a plan and to have a quit date if you are to be successful. Plan for triggers and urges, cuz they WILL come......so have a plan and call on support when they arise.
Go into your quit with a positive attitude.....you are not losing your best friend.....hardly! Look at it as a new lease on life.
I say use your humor and use it often. Check in every day with roll call and our pledge....it helps keep you accountable and responsible.
Read as much as you can and relax..............you are among the best of the best.

you need to be careful not to overdose on nicotine. So if you have the patch on dont smoke The patch is giving you all the nicotine you need
