hello everyone! my name is Sally and i am on my 5th day of being smoke-free. I have achieved this by a very strong desire to quit and the help of Allen Carrs book. My younger brother recommended it, he is 8month smoke free. I love him sooo much for helping me get a new lease on life. I am going in for surgery on Thursday July 7th so i wont be here for a bit as i will be down & out of it. I just wanted to introduce myself and thank you all for being here!!!!! :-)

Wishing you well with the surgery and look forward to your posts when you are feeling better. There are a lot of new quitters here who are doing a great job staying off that demon poison.
