That was when I walk out (I never went back to him) when I got to the parking lot I lit one took a few drags put it out and my friend asked...what are you going to do.....I said I just did......I quit.....it was May 25th 2007 at 4pm.
Unfortunately 6 months later I was in the hospital and was put on oxygen and that is where I am today but I am 8 years quit and never looked back.
My point is.....you can do this.
I've been watching a ton of law of attraction youtubes lately. I started watching them to learn about obtaining a positive attitude becuz I suffer from terrible anxiety that was triggered by my quitting smoking.
I realized how negative my attitude had become over the years.....and power of attraction explained so much to me. Since then.....I'm a different person.......more positive and obtained a spirit of gratitude :)
Look up Bob Practors 1 hour and 48 minute speech on the science of getting rich (he talks about smoking and other addictions and breaking the habit).
I wish you all the best....above all.....the strength to keep going with your quit. Find something to replace smoking with. If you don't find something else (healthier) to replace smoking.....you will return to smoking.

I quit anyway because I had such a hard time breathing and getting sick ,with bouts of pneumonia so it was necessary
Try your hardest to stop before it's too late. It is tough the first 3 months but then you wonder why you didn't do it before.
