I bet your family is so totally proud of you too. I agree that the support here on DS makes a world of difference. Plus its cool to meet people (even if its just a virtual connection) from all over the world. For the first time ever I can say I"I have a cool smoke frree friend in Wales".

I've never quite heard it put that way before, even though it is the unspoken implication that we con ourselves into believing we are buying something good and also quite necessary when we smoked. It's amazing, when the truth finally comes out and we are that much wiser as a result of that truth.
Thank you for bringing this wisdom to my table today, for it is a blessing to be able to continually see and note the higher perspectives of truth the clearer we are in our quit.
