I also use blow pop suckers when I want something in my mouth.
It's not easy to quit but if you really want to it can be done!
I have also heard a lot of good things about the patches.

So I knew right then it was time to quit, I smoke all I had and at midnight I bagged up all my ashtrays lighters and anything that I associated with smoking and through it away.
I have not had one single puff and when I smell smoke now, it makes me sick to my stomach.
So I'm proof it can be done.
I hope and pray for you to have all the success that I have.
Take it a minute to minute then gradually go up to hour to hour then to day by day.
