well another hot day here in the uk got two weeks of work, my bithday is thursday so given everyone notice to go and get me a presant lol

Day 130 for me and feeling better by the day...still have the odd "Oooo-a-ciggy-would- be-nice-moment"...but on the whole, quite manageable.
Stay strong my friend, stay close and take one day at a time.

I have now stopped smoking for 2 weeks, 1 day, 8 hours, 15 minutes, 22 seconds. That translates into 383 cigarettes NOT smoked, for a savings of $67.13! At 5 minutes per cigarette I have increased my life expectancy by 1 day, 7 hours, 58 minutes, 0 seconds.
I have been smoke free for 3 days,2hrs,and50min.
Quit day 3/24/08
Smoke free here...40 days and doing well...
