My dad used to buy me candy cigs when I was little, ironic!
Bans were considered in 1970 and 1991, but never passed Congress. I wonder why? Perhaps because candy cigarettes have been linked to a greater chance of future tobacco use and the government really likes the tobacco industry's tax monies.
