Cause they helped me and are relatively inexpensive. Cold turkey can work if youre prepared and committed. Read Alan Carrs book- it really helps and make up your mind that you have no other option but to quit- you can do it.
me and many others ,first the desire to smoke is strong but here is the cacth it only last for five to six minutes,you just have to be more acute,also you must be sure and positive this is somthing you really want to do,you can't do this for no-one but you.also if you want to go cold turkey be strong in your quest this is not a game it is your life ,BE STRONG MY FRIEND WE ARE HERE WITH YOU YOUR JORNEY IS LONG ,BUT YOU MUST COMPLETE IT HANG TOUGH FROM ALL OF US @DS
I agree that using the gum or patch is really not quitting for me because I was still putting nic in my body. That started to bother me so after awhile I just QUIT. Like Grannie said.... Just dont smoke!!!! Best wishes
