I am in my third week, I had quit my anti's awhile back, and went deep down into a depression which would explain my MIA, but I'm back.
Ok an update on my quitting smoking, I have used the patch and other days the gum, and I am down to under 5 cigarettes a day, which is my case is too much.
My sister Kris is quitting all together also on the 15th, which is sunday, this is the day I will quit all together.
No more, and I feel that I am ready and able to do it.
In the past 3 weeks, I have seen a dramatic change in my breathing.
I do not cough and spit anymore, it's unbelievable the difference it made on my breathing problems.
I feel that whenever I won't smoke at all I will be cured.
A month ago I couldn't even go for a walk, now I can walk fast without being out of breath or feeling like my heart was going to explode, feel great.
Thanks to all of you
