this helps because when you pledge not to smoke it holds you accountable, in other words we see you pledge and your promise, so it gives you a sense that if you smoke ,you did not hold true to pledge. the way I feel if you smoke you are letting your fellow pledgers down.
roll call you can see the days add up and gives you a feeling of accomplishment and pride. and we can tell you how proud we are and to keep the quit.
