I understand it is hard to quit when everyone around you smokes and that after-dinner cigarette is one of the most deeply ingrained patterns we have.
I see Chantix and gum worked until some life stress occurred and you reverted to smoking in order to cope. You have to understand that smoking fixes nothing. Smoking has no effect on your world other than it will eventually kill you.
To cope with the challenges (they are not "problems") of quitting in a world of smokers and the ritual cigarette after eating or getting up or whatever, you must adopt an attitude of "I do not smoke, I will not smoke, and that is final!" Then do whatever you must to distract or delay yourself until the urge passes.

Welcome to the DS family. You have to break the pattern and routine.Try to cope with problems different ways...Drink Tons of water, take a walk down the hall, do slow deep breathing,text an upbeat joke to a friend...just do not smoke.
