Best advise I can give is to plan your quit. Try to decice how you will handle different emotions without lighting up.Put your plan on the fridge, on the mirrow in you bathroon, in your car. Whe the crave hits, look at your list and stay strong..A craving will only last abvout 5 minutes..you can make it 5 minutes.Read as much as you can from old posts and 'Good Posts'..knowledge is power.
A little trick I used to help with the hand/mouth habit was to cut straws in half and when a crave hit, I woiuld inhale on it just like a cig.Felt like a cig but I was jst getting good, fresh air...
....shhh..McDonalds has the best straws. They are the perfect size and FREE........
