As has been said, there are daily pledges to not smoke for the day, roll calls where folks check in and "brag" about their stats. Okay, it ain't bragging if you've done it. ;>) Anyhow, it's great to see your numbers and those of the others going up. Sometimes keeping those numbers climbing is the motivation needed to get through a rough spot. And there are games and discussions that serve as distractions and entertainment.
So hop in and make yourself to home. If you need help, holler. That's what this group's all about.

I quit on 11/11/11 after many times myself but this is all part of the process. I will never light up a cig again or have nicotine in my body. We can do this together!!! Cindi
