Most ppl use conventional medical stuff, but I tried this and it worked for me.
You can tap for anything including to quit smoking. There are tons of youtube clips on tapping and I suffer from massive anxiety (generalized) and have tried everything with little success in getting rid of the symptoms.
You don't have to do this, but should you decide to use this method, it may take several session to rid yourself completely of the headaches which is discouraging for most ppl.

However, I never have understood why a person that was quit 1-2-3-6-years went back to smoking,,I just don't get it..maybe because I am old and dying because I smoked.

SO, between the tapping and watching my blood sugar closely, I am feeling some better... although my finger hurts from checking the BG... but that's a given. LOL
Seriously though, it is working. I just wish it would work with my lower back too. I tried, I forgot how bad it hurts LOL. Oh well, at least the headaches are 99% gone. (I think I actually have some sinus something going on... Dr appt on Wed. I'll know then)
