I see so many attempting to quit smoking today its wonderful. I would just like to tell you all its been 9 months and 11 days since I stopped smoking and I feel great, after many failed attempts. I thought I would never be able to do it, but with the help of this group the impossible became the possible. I advise you if you can to pledge everyday, and attend the roll call, if you have a crave read some posts and post yourself the crave will have gone by then, and any doubts voice them and someone will be able to help you, and the truly fantastic news it gets easier and easier, and you will all be free of a wicked man made addiction, free to enjoy the rest of your life without the feeling of guilt hanging over you, so enjoy every minute of your quit the rewards you will recieve are wonderful.Viv
