E-cig but I didn't inhale it and I got the kind with NO nicotine. I bought them online. It definitely does give you something to do with your hands but I'm vaping less and less. Because WHY put something else into your lungs when so little is known about it. At first my pulmonary doc suggested it but then later told me he heard some negative things about them. Gosh my lungs are bad enough. I'm in stage 3 of COP
D and I don't want to rush it.
We have already damaged our lungs enough, and they have studies that cold turkey works for the long haul.
