Just one more note to you newbies. I smoked for 36 years and made my friends promise to bury me with my Winstons in my pocket. NEVER would I have thought I'd be a non smoker and NEVER have I been prouder of something I have overcome and accomplished. Hang in there. You all it within you to do this.
