Have you removed ALL the nasty butts from your house and garage?? Thrown away all the ashtrays?? If not, you may find yourself hunting down a butt...just for that one puff. I know for me, one puff would start me back down the road to full time smoking. I live by the Motto "One is too many and one thousand is never enough"...took that from AA/NA. and also..NOPE..Not One Puff Ever

Do some reading on whyquit.com if you can because knowledge is power when you are fighting this addiction
Just remember the patch is giving you the nicotine so all you have to do is get control of your mind
