please keep us updated on how you are doing..quitting and being free from a nicotine addiction is scary at first but PRICELESS in the end. you can do it and you will be glad you did!
I know when I quit I didn't want to either. well, I did and I didn't. THe addict in me didn't, the other part did. But I knew it was time. SMoke free 1 year 2 months now! :) You can do it too!
By the way, I almost had a stroke from smoking a cigarette with a patch on. Shot my blood pressure to 240/122. Don't do it!
