There are so many benefits it is hard to stop at just a couple.
The main thing is while you are sucking on a cigarette, it is sucking the life out of you.

3) I have not smoked 17,146 cigarettes, so as of this minute I will get to spend 1 Month, 4 Weeks, 12 Hours & 50 Minutes bugging the crap out of the ones I love the most!!
And......the list could go on for miles...........................
2.I don't have that musty taste in my mouth anymore, and foods are starting to taste different (better)
3. I can smell! I walked outside the other day and actually smelled fresh cut grass! reminded me of when i was a kid! good feeling
AND LASTLY- one i'm looking forward too. Living in phoenix area, Arizona.... it gets 115+ degrees in the summer, and I WILL NOT BE SUFFERING IN THAT HEAT ON MY LUNCH BREAKS ANYMORE! lol I can stay in the break room and watch tv or read, in the air conditioning!
Like most here, the smell just makes me sick. I was recently in an elevator going up to the 14th floor.A couple that had just put out their cigs before entering the building got on with me. The stench that came from their clothing, hair, their everything, was just too much. Even though I had already pushed the button for 14, I got off on the 2nd floor. They connntinued on. When the elevator came back for me the stench was still there, clinging to the walls.
