We only have two choices, the way I see it, that is to be happy or sad.
I read your post and not sure whether you want the Smoking Board and/or the Depression Board. You need to lift yourself up before you can tackle anything dear.
There are methods for both, NRT's for smoking and pills for anxiety/depression.
I am sorry you are so sad, I might can support your quit smoking habit, but the other I know nothing about.
Go to our Sub group "Good Posts" to learn different ways to plan for your quit. Planning ahead is the key to success. Just know that you are NOT alone in this. We have ALL been where you are at now. I walked away from a 37+ year habit with the help of Chantix and this wonderful group. Talk to your Dr about what you can do for your anxiety. Lots of Luck, Mayberry
