Your body and mind will crave the nicotine no matter how you stretch it out during a 24 hour period. That is what an addict does.
No matter how often or when, if you smoke your mind-set will get use to the pattern. You gotta have that "fix".
it does catch up with you, it's just a matter of time. I learned that the hard way.
Can you try the patches, they do work. I was allergic to the glue, but most people aren't. Give it a try, you're worth it.
