Lung disease is very scary stuff and smoking will almost always bring on nasty health issues. My heart and prayers are with you and Dennis. Thank you so much for this heartfelt post. I know it was not easy to write. I pray this post touches a nerve for someone who thinks they are invincible. We know that we are not!

I appreciate you sharing this with us and if it prevents even one person from smoking, you have touched us all, then you have saved a life. I too wish I had quit 40 years ago.
