Look at your skin, watch it retrieve itself. Did you have pink colouration in your neck, or hands? that's carbon monoxide poisoning. It'll be the same in your lungs and your kidneys and your liver. Watch your body slowly reclaim your flesh as it oxygenates it with real oxygen and just keep telling yourself it's 3 months.

I hope that doesn't sound harsh but think about it, you say your best friend, you are in mourning...so the only way is to "snap" yourself out of it. Make a new friend, join a gym, invite someone over for lunch.
