Hang in there!!!
There are a few peeps here who use to cut up straws and used them as "pretend" cigarettes. This way it gave them that hand to mouth fix while sucking in good clean air.

Can you use the patch, nicorette gum, or some other resource when an urge hits?
Yet I do know that I got really tired and slept the whole weekend away when I quit before. I didn't realize it was a symptom of withdrawal though. I thought if I could just sleep the time away that would be good. I just recently started a relaxation tape to Calm my brain down. I started it this weekend in preparation for the final quit. It seems to help. And I've been drinking alot of water too.
If it is Vapor trying to break the hand to mouth is part of quitting, this I know first hand. I shoved Cheetos in my mouth to addiction. It was harder to quit those than smoking. I still crave Cheetos, after 7 years.
