She hated my smoking and always wanted me to quit. I kept promising her I would but lost her before I could make it happen. That was 7 years ago.
Jasmine, you have taken that first BIG step by shredding the remaining pack. So NOT buy anymore, no matter how hard it is. This is a journey that we have all been on and we will see you thru. Come here and post when it gets hard. We have been there too. WE understand the feeling of what you are going thru. It 'ain't' easy but you can do it.

It WAS very scary to let go of my vice. Just find something to distract you and keep your mind and hands very busy.
Use whatever it takes to stay away from the cigarettes. Take it one minute at a time.
I'm still checking in.....yell if you need us.....or yell, cry, or whatever, just to get it out of your system. You are in hell week. Next week is heck week......and then it will be you and your mind battling (the emotional addiction is the hardest).
