I'm fairly new....5 days quit.. Tried both the chantix and wellbutrin but side effects got to me. what (so far) has worked is the motivation to see my grandkinds next weeks being smokeless! Oldest is 5 and at such an impressionable age. The patch has saved me from failing.. Great site to visit, wonderful people to hold your hand thru a bad time.

make a list of the reasons why you want to quit. copy and paste it everywhere. attitude is half the battle. If you believe in yourself and maintain a positive attitude, then you better your chances to succeed.
