Do anything but dont smoke
Go and have a sleep, go and have someting yummy to eat, g for a walk, go shopping etc etc but dont smoke
I know it feels like you are losing your mind but you arent. Tell yourself why you are quitting. Write down all the reasons you are quitting and hang them up somewhere you can see them. Read them everytime you feel you are losing it and it will keep you focused

Each day that goes by it does get easier....
Hope things get easier for you! Stress is rough when you quit, but its do-able for you to stay quit as well!! Smoking wouldn't change any of your stress. Please remember to take things a day at a time or a minute if need be. Before you know it, you will be past the 1st week!
