I use to suffer from insomnia after I quit smoking......due to severe anxiety....thought I was stroking! uuuggghhhhh!
It does get better....give it time.
Eventually you will sleep. Until then enjoy your book or a boring tv show/movie.

It seems like its getting easier to not smoke. It's been 4 days since I've had a cigarette. My boyfriend has been coming over every evening and not smoking here so it wouldn't tempt me. Tonight, I told him to go ahead. I wanted to test it. See if being around someone smoking would make me crave one. It did, but mildly. So, its getting better.
